Sonesta Select Boston Lowell Chelmsford

Our family suffered a house fire and we were displaced from our home. We stayed at this location for one month. The staff were AMAZING. Friendly, helpful, empathetic and accommodating. They made our very difficult and sad situation easier on our family. The front desk staff, maintenance men and housekeepers were top notch. We are so grateful for their kindness.

The hotel was very clean, and the furnishings were up-to-date. There were plenty of electrical outlets located conveniently throughout the room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room had a refrigerator. There was plenty of free parking.

I was travelling for work, the room was small but very comfortable. It was nice and quiet, I slept like a baby. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everyone was so helpful and Kind . They were very understanding. My trip was to see a family member that was dying . My brother . Your hotel was very clean . But , noticed the many trees were blocking the few of the hotel . That needs to be cleaned and cleared. Anyway God Bless You All

I GREW UP IN THE AREA AND WAS HOME FOR A FUNERAL....I PUT MY ADULT KIDS UP HERE NOT EXPECTING MUCH CONSIDERING HOW THE REST OF MY NEIGHBORHOOD LOOKS, I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED....YOU FOLKS ARE KILLING IT AT THIS LOCATION, THANK YOU.
